We are happy you are considering joining Impact Christian Academy for the next school year. Our Office of Admissions is here to help assist you as you begin the process outlined below.

Admissions Process

All new students hoping to gain admissions to Impact Christian Academy are required to submit an online application, complete with the documents listed below. Step 1 must be completed prior to submitting the online application. The application fee is $125 for the 1st scholar and $75 for the second scholar (not to exceed $200 when there are multiple scholars). Please gather the following documents needed for the online application:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Report Cards/Transcripts
    • 9th grade: 7th and 8th grade report cards/transcripts
    • 10th and 11th grades: Transcripts from the previous two (2) years.
    • Kindergarten – 5th grade: report cards
  • Teacher Recommendation
  • Pastor Recommendation
  • Parent Driver’s license or passport

Admissions testing is a required part of the admissions process for K-12th grade. Students MUST submit an online application BEFORE they are eligible for admissions testing. Applicants must pass the admissions testing. Once steps 1-3 are completed, a link to schedule admissions testing will be sent to the registered email listed in the application.

The Admissions team will review all potential scholar’s portfolios. *A provisional meeting may be required with the Assistant Principal or Dean of Students prior to the family interview, if additional information needed. Families will be notified of the next steps once the admissions team has reviewed their portfolio. Steps 1-4 must be completed.

This is a financial meeting to discuss the family’s tuition and payment agreement. A Calendly link will be sent to the email address on file. Steps 1-5 must be completed prior to the financial meeting.

An interview is a required part of the admissions process. Interview notifications are sent after steps 1-6 have been completed.

Students admitted to Impact Christian Academy for the 2024-2025 school year are required to fill out the enrollment packet via FACTS. A $300 enrollment fee is required to complete the enrollment packet. Please review the enrollment form to ensure all deadlines are met.

Impact Christian Academy is authorized by the United States Government to issue SEVIS Form 1-20 to students (grades 9th – 12th only) wishing to study in the United States, under an F-1 Visa. International students must comply with all federal regulations before an I-20 can be issued; these requirements include, but are not limited to, demonstration of English proficiency required by the learning community, proof of financial resources, and fulfillment of all admissions requirements to Impact Christian Academy.

  • Transcripts for two previous years (original language and translated to English)
